At Premium Green BambooTM we use the highest
quality materials and methods to ensure your satisfaction. We
are constantly looking for ways to improve our process, also

Where is your flooring
made?
Our production facilities are in Zhejiang Province in China.
There is a vast renewable source of the best bamboo in that
area. We stock finished flooring in California and
Georgia. If you are ever in China we welcome you at one
of our facilities. In the area there is the Bamboo
Museum (at some time we will post some museum photos in the
gallery section) and hiking trails through a bamboo forest.

Does your flooring
resist scratching?
Yes. We use the highest quality coatings made by Klumpp
of Germany. Among the several layers of coating we use
aluminum oxide top coats for superior abrasion resistance.

What notch size should
be used when using the glue down method?
It is always best to follow the directions included with the
adhesive you select. Bostik's Best and Franklin
adhesives designed for glue down of wood flooring are used
most often. A highly skilled professional installer can
give you specific advice.

Can Bostik's Best be
used to glue the tongue and groove for a floating
installation.
Bostik's Best and Franklin adhesives for glue down
applications can not be used for installing a floating floor.

the proper adhesive needed.

Can we return flooring
that we did not need?
Only if the package is not opened and it arrives back at our
warehouse in sellable condition. You must contact our
office in Georgia for return authorization. There may
be a small warehouse restocking fee.
